Do not order from here. I ordered a travel cot sheet and paid next day delivery to have it in time for our holiday. It did not arrive the following day. I contacted them to ask for an update and to get the next day postage refunded. I was told the refund would be processed. 5 weeks later and I am still waiting for the refund. Numerous phone calls and emails sent and told every time that the refund had been cancelled and they would have to do it again. It is ridiculous. It is very worrying also seeing others struggling to get refunds too. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a ball pit and a mattress protector at the end of Jan- 6 months later I am still waiting for the mattress protector which said it would be delivered within 7 days. I also bought a nursing chair at a baby show which promised they would deliver within a month. 2 month later it still isn’t here. I emailed and they promised a delivery date, then that date arrived, still no chair. The chair finally arrived 3 months after purchasing and it was dirty! There were black marks all over the beige chair. I emailed again and they offered a £40 refund on a £800 chair even with all the stress they had caused with the delays!

The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because out of the 3 pieces of furniture we have purchased 2 have been perfect and the furniture does look good in our daughter’s nursery. However, we bought a changing unit with drawers as part of a 3 set of furniture. Within a month, one of the runners on the drawer had broken so I emailed the company and they send replacement runners which did not resolve the issue. 8 months later and I am still trying to get them to resolve the issue. I was promised a visit from a member of their “Homeserve” team but this has never happened. Their customer service seemed good initially but they just stop responding after a while and hope you will go away. I will avoid this company in the future!!
