Worst customer service. I do not recommend buying anything from them. NO phone number. Every day an email from a different concierge to try and resolve but seemingly no accountability. You can always tell the true value of a company by how they approach service issues. This company has failed in that regard. Also beware: if you need to return something because of damage they won’t issue a full refund.

Beautiful showroom. Came here a few times already to check out the furniture, especially the popular bed. I got fabric swatches and wood samples along with a mini demo of how to build the bed. Service was great too.

Sharing my thoughts on the delivery process. We ordered our bed with a headboard + cushion and received it in 6days. Looking forward to setting it up. I’ll suggest calling them to verify their stock which could affect delivery time. Good luck!
