I wanted to remain as enthusiastic about this store as I was initially, and the review was different. Unfortunately, based on the experience and the loss of my time, money, gas, phone calls, and stress, I am without any hesitation downgrading my rating to ONE STAR, if not ZERO stars. The clerks, although friendly, do not know what they sell to you. I have lost over a month to discover that my sofa was never ordered, shipped, or in stock. I received a shipping notification for the ottoman that was ordered with the sofa. The store took the money for an item that was not available. After two months, I went to the store and picked up another sofa (a substitute or a similar one) available to ship... I was assured several times all was fine. After another wait, I found out that it was not available to me. I visited the store a few times in person and drove 70 miles and could get a floor model at that time and have it delivered, but twice, the inventory was not up to date. I feel I was let down twice, and worse, after 3 months of back and forth I had to file a claim with a credit card because the store still owes me the money. It is now 4 months!!! The worse shopping experience ever. Plese do not shop there. Maybe an online store is better. If you wanna be DUMPED by this unreliable company shop at the Dump. You will definitely be disappointed. The bad brand name matches the reality.

Loved shopping at The Dump. Brian Mallett assisted us. He let me spend HOURS in the store without bothering me. I enjoyed the luxury of taking my time. Brian had convenient timing and excellent product knowledge for my endless questions. He graciously shifted gears MANY times with me as I switched up the plan. In the end my husband and I found the perfect pieces for our new home. Can't wait to see it all set up on delivery. Would definitely recommend Brian and The Dump for quality service and products.
