We have been customers of this company for years as we really like their furniture. However, the whole experience, has once again, been ruined today by the appalling delivery service. When will Cotswold pay for a delivery company that will deliver an acceptable level of service instead of presumably sub-contracting to the cheapest possible provider? The latest example of this unacceptable delivery company’s service today is that we were promised delivery, assembly and removal of all packaging for a dining room table and chairs set plus large sideboard. On arrival the driver said he had 40 minutes allocated for the whole process…and could he borrow some tools !! The large, very heavy sideboard was dumped on the floor and we were told we would have to assemble it ourselves - including somehow lifting it off the floor to fit the legs. After calls to the delivery company office (where we were spoken to like we were rubbish) they fitted the legs and left us to complete the assembly. Either Cotswold sorts this shambolic delivery service situation out, or we will not be purchasing further items from them. After many thousands of pounds spent over the years with Cotswold, we have had enough.

Still no delivery on an item order on 16th May. Courier team turned up with my item but refused to deliver as I live in an apartment. I had specifically ordered item through a store, sent photos of the entrance to my apartment building and apartment itself and received confirmation that delivery would take place. After 5 days of calls to store and customer services I still don't know where the desk is or when I will receive it. Poor service, poor delivery, poor customer service. Could do so much better! Oh and of course the company have had my funds for nearly 10 weeks!

Shocking service. Please do not use this company if you expect them to deliver large items to a room of your choice. I ordered a larder unit and it was dumped not even upright in my living room. This is despite saying I would cancel the order if they could not place the item where I needed it
