Terrible experience here. The shop is small, unsanitary, smells bad, there was already goo on the towel she laid down while she did my nails. The nail clipper she used looked dirty, the buffer had been used and abused. She cut my nails too short, I wanted oval and she cut them so short that 12 hours later my nails still hurt. I am so disappointed to have sat through that hour appointment that if I can save someone a trip to this place, I feel is the only way I can redeem my self for going to this place. I’m new to the area and wanted to try a bunch of places, hence how I ended up here. Their yelp review looked good, but I should have checked here. I was just wanting the whole experience to be over at a certain point. All this and to charge $60 for powder manicure, they arbitrarily came up with the price. When the lady doing my nails asked one of the other techs, she was obviously guesstimating. There is no way an appointment at this place would be worth $60. I regret my visit and if you are thinking of going….DON’T.

Sunset nails is the very best I’ve experienced! They are friendly, and the work is absolutely the best! I never had gel manicures prior and they are artists indeed. The gel manicures and pedicures are long lasting and amazing. I’ve been going to sunset nails for almost a year and I’ve never been disappointed.
