Absolutely over the moon with the service I received at Stratstone BMW, Leeds this week. The service and aftercare I have received from the new Service Manager Paul has been exceptional and of course Abbie who dealt with me too. Very happy with everything.

I recently purchased a used car from Stratstone Leeds, and I was particularly impressed by the service provided by Josiah Hamlin. He was friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful throughout the process. My initial enquiry was answered promptly and accurately, and all further questions were handled just as professionally. There was no pressure or hassle—just a helpful reminder that the vehicle was good value and unlikely to stay available for long. The handover was seamless and efficient, and other members of staff were also friendly and welcoming. The car itself is superb—credit to both BMW and Stratstone Leeds. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The experience on collecting my car after a service was utterly disappointing. I arrived at 5 pm To collect my car after trying to call the service department from 2 pm . No answer. 5 calls. When I arrived I informed reception who were very good. 10 min later no one has acknowledged me. Even though I could see that there were many service staff members casually chatting. I asked reception again. Nothing transpired for another 10 min. On the 3rd occasion of asking reception I was finally informed by a service member that they would be sending me an email for payment. No courtesy whatsoever. A voice from a distant desk. Now after being there 25 min I get a call from a gentleman on service who is actually right in front of me telling me my car is ready .remembering I have tried calling since 2 pm. I pay for my car and a lovely service girl actually brings my car to the entrance . A totally disappointing experience considering it is a main dealer of a prestige brand. I must say that the gentleman and lady on reception were absolutely great and courteous and professional. They could see my frustration and tried to have someone on service actually acknowledge me on numerous occasions .
