From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and I’m genuinely impressed—not only with the car but also with the exceptional service I received. A special shoutout to Brad, who truly went above and beyond. His professionalism, attention to detail, and warm, approachable manner made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. He kept me well-informed throughout, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I was 100% comfortable before driving away in my new car. Highly recommend this dealership and especially Brad if you’re considering a new BMW. Thanks again for making such a big moment feel so seamless and special!

Picked up my new 330e from Stratstone Derby at the start of the year. I initially went in not 100% sure which car was right for me, but after help from Bradley in sales, I quickly found the perfect car. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, it was ready for me to pick up only 2 or 3 days later, where Bradley handed over the keys in a private handover room. The car was under cover, and the whole handover was very special. 10/10 service, and thanks for all the assistance, Bradley.

Took daughters car for interim service, we we're asked if we wanted the valet service which is part of the service which we confirmed yes, when we collected the car we we're told it was parked out front but it wasn't, couldn't find it because it was still at the back of the building and when it was brought to us they gave us the key and walked off. £275 lighter, No valet done and oil all over the front of the car and engine bay, think we'll go somewhere.ewhere else in future. Also when she had to tax the car she found out they'd never transfered the V5 into her ownership so I suppose that was a pre warning for service.
