I had a bad experience with Steven eagle Toyota Northampton When I purchased a car Toyota Corolla I found there was a button missing. I rang up Toyota dealer and was promised it will be delivered with in a week. 10 months gone past still haven’t receive that missing button. For early repayment I have been charge full 5 years Interest on my loan technically i only borrow over 10 months. The manger was unhelpful and threatened me with strong legal team🤣🤣🤣 becareful from the guy sales man called Ikram he will push you to get car asap so he can get his commission but if any problem he will not answer the phone.

Outstanding Service – Matt and Dayne Truly Saved the Day! I can't thank the team enough for their incredible service, especially Matt and Dayne, who truly went above and beyond. As a District Nurse, my car is absolutely vital to get to patients safely and on time. When I experienced unexpected car trouble on the Thursday evening before the bank holiday weekend, I was genuinely worried about letting people down. But Matt and Dayne were nothing short of amazing. They acted swiftly, with genuine care and professionalism, to get me back on the road with a courtesy car while my car was fixed. Not only did they explain everything clearly and kindly, but their willingness to prioritise my situation meant I could carry on supporting vulnerable people in the community that weekend. It’s rare to find service that is not only technically excellent, but also so human and empathetic. Thank you both for saving the day and for showing what true customer care looks like. I have owned vehicles from many different car manufacturers over the years but after a gap of 30 years I have returned to Toyota. This week I was looking to purchase a used Yaris because I have heard such good things about reliability and cost of running. My experience of the Steven Eagell Toyota dealership in Northampton was excellent. The showroom is large and staff ask if you need help straight away. Titas Kamarunas was the Sales Executive who assisted me. He listened to what I was looking for and we soon went out to look at the Yaris’s on display. He was very knowledgable and as it would be my first time to own a hybrid, explained the benefits clearly. Today I returned to test drive a car that caught my eye and behind the wheel I fell in love with it. I’m purchasing the car and can’t wait to take it on a long drive. When we make a big purchase and let’s face it purchasing even a used car falls under this heading, it’s vital that the service is excellent. From the moment of walking into the dealership it had a great feel and all staff went out of their way to welcome me. I could not fault Titas throughout the whole sales process and it’s worth noting, people buy from people and that’s why the Sales Service rating I give is 5 Stars. Next week I will collect a car I’ve fallen in love with and I know that in the years to come I will enjoy seeing the the team again when it’s time for it’s service.
