Thank you to the amazing staff at Chevy. Couldn’t have done it without the help of Sales representative Jay & Roel one of the finance managers. Both help me in the best way possible to ensure I didn’t leave disappointed with my amazing purchase.

This review is for the two dynamic professionals at Sterling McCall Chevrolet - Not for Sterling McCall Dealership itself.... Sales Associate - Darel Babineaux. Darel in one word was exceptional. He was thrust impromptu to be my sales associate. Darel didn't know who I was, other that I needed a car for my daughter as soon as possible. He assisted me over the phone to find a car for my daughter within a budget I wanted. We found a car and got approval within in a couple of hours. I headed to the car lot to close the deal*. However, upon my arrival and my daughter with my wife, Darel jumped into "making it right mode". He helped us search for another comparable car for my daughter, so much that we found one at a higher price but was able to engage his sales director to mark the vehicle down enough to a price I was willing to pay. He stayed with us through the entire process (late, late, late) into the night until we left the lot with the car. Lastly, we had some "we owe" work needed on the car, which Darel made sure the work was done to my family; especially my daughter 100% satisfaction. He even delivered my daughter's car to us from the dealership to our home in Sugar Land. So, thanks Darel and Sterling McCall Chevrolet owes you a raise and at the very least a dinner and a public thank you for a job well done. Note: The dealership sold the car during my travel from downtown Houston to North Houston Service Advisor - Valerie Lex, Valerie simply went above and beyond for something she was NOT responsible for. So much so, that I sent a direct email to her and asked her to show the email to her boss of the exceptional work she did. She took care of my daughter's car from the "we owe" work, which the dealership was not focus on ensuring I and my daughter was made whole. SHE IS MY ADVISOR FOR NOW ON.
