Just coming on here to share my experience with Sono Bello Orlando. Let’s start from the beginning.. I went for a consultation back in October 2024. Stacy was the person I spoke with, she was so sweet and honestly very open with me about which procedures she thought would be best for me. She didn’t push anything and even when I said I had to think on it she was totally cool with it. Fast forward to April 2025 I decided to reach back out via text to chat about the process of booking the procedure. She responded so quickly and answered all my questions providing me with multiple quotes and before/after pictures of the different things I wanted done. She still didn’t try to push anything extra on me and was ok with me adjusting the quotes a few times. When I decided to go through with scheduling she had someone call me right away to get me on the calendar. The office was great with accommodating my schedule. A few weeks later I went in for my pre-op appointment, I met with Princess & Dr Colon. Both were absolutely amazing. They answered all my questions and concerns. They really made me feel comfortable with making the decision for the procedure. I had my surgery yesterday and wow! Dr Colon was just the best. She walked me through every step. If I felt any discomfort she made sure to help in any way. I fell asleep half way through and honestly didn’t even know they were finished. It was a great experience so far. I have my post op appointment next week.

It’s taken me awhile to post this but as I wake up each morning so frustrated with my body, get dressed, don’t feel comfortable in a bathing suit and most clothing items- the frustration and disappointment builds. I never want to hurt a business but I wish I could’ve read a real and honest review before I started my journey. So I hope this helps someone looking to start their transformation journey. During my consultation- I was unsure of what areas I needed to have done, I thought I would be able to consult with a Dr but the advisor told me the areas she suggested which I followed assuming she was right as this was her profession. I thought it was strange this wasn’t coming from the doctor but assumed this was how it was done. The consult felt like high pressured sales. Which a decision like this should never feel like this. Before I knew it I was paying for a procedure before I could blink. If I left the office, the pricing would no longer be valid and it was already way more than I was expecting. She gave a good case to just dive and make the purchase- and I took the bait. When I had my pre op with the Dr he basically said well I can’t guarantee that I can do this because it looks like skin not fat. But I had already paid for the procedure. The nurse after said she was certain I’d be happy with the results and if I wasn’t they of course would make sure I was happy. I was told this was a pretty painless procedure. I’ve had multiple surgeries- including back surgery. I have never been in more pain in my life. During the surgery I was in excruciating pain, and they knew. Something was certainly wrong. At one section the doctor stopped and said I don’t think we numbed this enough and the nurse added more medication before continuing with the procedure. The pain was so intense following the procedure I was held for an extremely long time. During my post op they also realized they didn’t order my post surgeries garments so they wrapped me up in what they had and basically sent me on my way and told me they’d give me garments on my one week appointment. Making sure you wear your garments post surgery is one of the most important pieces to a successful recovery. It became evident very quickly the an entire section of my body was missed during my procedure. This overshadowed the fact that the rest of the areas were very poorly done. Their answer to this was to sell me another package ($1200) of appointments to try to “shrink” the area. Surprising to nobody- it didn’t work. The missed area was so bad in comparison to everything else I thought if I just that got fixed I’d be happy. They agreed the area was missed and re did that area at no cost; however, it really just made a bigger mess. My body has strange fat ripples all over it that never existed before the procedures. Lines from each section they did that make me look worse than ever before. I had multiple sections done in my back, it is not noticeable. This is a giant waste of money and time. It is not worth the “short” recovery. This has ruined my body, confidence, and mental state nearly every time I get dressed. I hope this helps someone with their decision. I wish more than anything I had the ability to get my old body back and make a different decision. I will add that the staff was never mean or rude- and always agreed that they messed up- but still made me feel awful in the process. And made it nearly impossible to connect with the people that make the decisions to right their wrongs.
