What a nice and zero pressure experience, I went in today to price up a sofa for our lounge. On arrival was treated by both staff Tilly offered her assistance in looking for the sofa that I had found online. She gave me time to look and have a play with zero pushy sales pitch. When I was ready she went through my options and how best to get what I required to fit my room. I went away planning on going back the next day with my wife, but as I had had such a good experience I wanted to head straight back with the wife to place our order. Again on arrival was welcomed and allowed to had another look. We both decided it was what we wanted and placed our order, where all the ins and outs were explained and we walked away super excited for our new purchase. Can’t recommend Plymouth branch enough and super grateful to Tilly for all her help and guidance 10/10.

Expensive sofa with 20yr frame warranty and sofa-care purchased. Sofology's technician report says issue caused by assembly defect. Frame damaged, can't repair, won't refund. Think twice before purchasing.

Visited the Plymouth store on two occasions and found everyone really friendly and helpful but in no way pushy! Haydon helped us on both visits answering all questions we had. The final purchase was really easy as we sat comfortably on the new sofa! Highly recommend ☺️
