I know many large furnitire retailers have a bad reputation but I have had a great experience with sofology. Marcus was really helpful and there was no pushy sales tactics. Marcus understood what a big purchase this was for me and took his time to explain all the details. My sofa arrived within the 12 weeks stated in fact a few days earlier. It was delivered on a Sunday and I was kept well informed on delivery day. The drivers were fantastic and I appreciate it isn't always easy delivering to city centre flats. My sofa is beautiful (the flex) and I am really pleased with it :)

Was sold a sofa in Norwich store by a guy called Wayne. The sofa arrived and it is a completely different colour. Went into store to discuss and firstly got told the colour was the same (look at the picture and see for yourself!) by an extremely irritating member of stuff that didn’t listen, then just got told to ring a number as they were unable to sort it out for us as they’re manager was on holiday. Spent around £2,000.00 and receive this level of service. Absolute joke of a company and avoid at all costs.

Cannot get anyone to answer the phone, Sofa has arrived with black marks on it, Just shocking, and now a hassle I do not need. Can any help me at Sofology please Update. Saying they want to repair it and refusing a refund, I’ve explained under the CRA2015 law I would like a refund. This is just shocking. The item is still in the delivery packaging damaged with oily dirt and they will not refund it.
