We had a fantastic experience at Sofology in Gateshead thanks to Terry. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to support us with our purchase. He took the time to explain the different fabrics, how to care for them, and even showed us how to remove stains. We’re extremely grateful for all his help – he made the whole process so much easier. Highly recommend asking for Terry if you visit!

Visited sofology a few times to browse for my sofa ahead of my move-in date. All staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Earl in particular was a great help, he was very patient with us and listened to our requirements and provided great recommendations. Will definitely be back soon to purchase after measuring up for a final time!
