AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEIR CHEAP PRICES ARE NOT WORTH IT. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THEIR OUTLET. They have one of the worst customer service teams. It takes day and is almost impossible to get hold of them. What they don’t advertise is that if you get it from the outlet it is handled by and external delivery company called prestige. Who will only deliver when they are in your local area. It took a month of waiting for them to deliver it. The delivery men are rude and aggressive and don’t even attempt to deliver your sofa despite paying £100 for it. Had to wait and additional month for an attempted re delivery and again they damaged my property and I still have no sofa. The delivery men have no expertise of trying to navigate moving furniture around. I have included what they did to my wall and they said ‘oops’. NEVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN.

Sceptical at first. Ordered a sofa a week before Xmas and it arrived within 2 days! Delivered by John what a top guy 👌🏼 Wasn’t sure what to expect as price was very reasonable, but was pleasantly surprised it’s actually lovely soft chenille and is so comfortable. I ordered the Hatten 4 seater, it’s just perfect for our family. Definitely recommend 👌🏼

Just moved into my new home and was looking for a sofa to suit. I found this one at the pop up shop in manchester. The sales rep lisa collier went above and beyond to help me with my order! Delivery was great. On time and the drivers were brilliant. I ordered this sofa to begin with at 1700 but a day later it went down in the sale to 999 so I cancelled and reordered. I had no issues with whatsoever refund was given in 14 days. So far so good with quality and I am super happy with my sofa :-) thanks again lisa for amazing customer service !!
