I had never been to a Sleep Number Store. My Daughter had purchased one the previous year. She had nothing but high praise about it. The time came for a new bed, so we checked out Sleep Number. With out disappointment from start to finish...Dolan helped us courteously. We purchased an 8i 360 split top King plus topper and sheets...only wish it could autonomously take me to work in the morning...maybe a future model.

Worst customer experience ever. Waited for delivery at agreed upon time. Curiously, saw sleep number truck drive past our home 10 minutes before agreed time, but it did not stop or return later. Called central dispatching 1.5 hrs into delivery window, and they claimed notes showed truck had attempted delivery for 20 minutes; a total fabrication, and that we needed to reschedule. We called store, asked for manager. Said manager would call back, but nobody called. After repeated calls and messages, finally connected with manager at 8 pm. Communicated disappointment, asked manager to make up for our inconvenience and resolve the problem and we were accused of lying. Again the same line that notes showed attempted delivery, and our only recourse was to reschedule delivery. I said rescheduling was not my only recourse, that cancelling everything was also an option if they did not want to acknowledge our inconvenience and resolve things professionally. The manager literally hung up on me when I said, "so should I cancel everything?." I have disputed the charge on our credit card bill in case sleep number doesn't refund everything paid in advance, and we'll see where this ends. To accuse your customer for lying when they have committed to a $5K+ purchase, have prepared the room, cleared schedule, and awaited eagerly for a new bed is a preposterous business practice. We will not do business with Sleep Number ever again, and want to ensure others are aware. As a business person, I know that rotten culture starts from the top. Avoid this store and this company; you may get lucky if the bed and delivery meets your expectations, but if something goes wrong, may the force be with you.
