The overall reputation of Six Flags Over Georgia, as derived from recent reviews, presents a mixture of experiences. Positive feedback centers around the park's festive holiday decorations, particularly during the Christmas season, with guests expressing delight in the ambiance and the reduced crowd sizes leading to shorter lines and repeated enjoyment of attractions, such as riding Goliath multiple times. Customers that visited during Halloween and Fright Fest celebrate the thrilling experiences offered. Frequent visitors note the high presence of security, contributing to a feeling of safety. Our first time going in the winter. We went on black Friday. We were so happy we went then, it was not busy at all. At first I was upset because half the park was closed but after a little time we just loved it. One of the BEST things were the park decorations for Christmas. We wanted to go see the lights at Stone mountain but the price was crazy and we already had seasons passes to six flags. The Christmas were AMAZING, beautiful, delightful, so well done. Great job to the team there that design and decorated. My kids had a blast which is the most important thing. And I ended up walking much less and spending time in lines due to the lower crowd. We ended up riding Goliath 22 times that day. What a blast and a new family tradition!

We have been coming to this park for over 40 years. This is our first time coming during the Christmas holidays. There was more security than in the summertime. There were fewer rides open, but the crowds were smaller, and the lines were pretty short. Our family really enjoyed all the beautiful Christmas lights.

Very big amusement park. A lot of thrill rides and kids rides are available. We got an annual pass which is really a good deal. Kids enjoyed the monster mansion! Since its a Halloween time, we enjoyed the Fright Fest event. Totally we had a thrilling experience.
