I would strongly caution anyone considering Signature Clinic for cosmetic procedures.
My experience was unprofessional from start to finish. Their so-called “patient journey” is anything but smooth or modern — you’re met with archaic paper-based forms, abrupt communication, and clunky processes that feel completely out of touch with today’s standards, especially for a private clinic charging thousands of pounds.
The tipping point? My scheduled pre-operative call with Dr Carlos 2 days before the procedure. He was 20 minutes late, joined the call with zero apology or explanation, and then abruptly terminated the conversation after I calmly asked if he planned to acknowledge the lateness and offer an apology for missing a 7am call he scheduled. No discussion, no professionalism, just rude.
Shortly after, I received an email from admin (who got my name wrong) telling me I was now “not a good candidate” for the procedure. No clinical explanation, no reference to a consultation, nothing - just a cold, passive-aggressive brush-off. The tone of the email was dismissive, and entirely unaccountable, with no acknowledgment of the surgeon’s failure, the clinic’s own lack of service or the fact I’m now out of pocket for a £90 train ticket.
Let’s be honest: this wasn’t a clinical decision, it was retaliation for speaking up about unacceptable behaviour.
To have a fully paid procedure cancelled 2 days before the procedure, with zero justification and no due process is appalling. The clinic’s standards are clearly more aligned with ego preservation than patient care.
If you value respect, transparency, or even basic professionalism, look elsewhere. Signature may offer competitive pricing, but the cost of dealing with such incompetence, arrogance, and old-school inefficiency is far too high a risk.
And now - no doubt an extended refund period.
