Dr. Stephenson is so thorough and spends time really listening. She’s smart and quickly points me in the right direction about various issues I have and helps untangle them to get to the root causes. Highly recommended!

To be fair I am giving 3 stars because I have not met the actual Doctor. I had an appointment scheduled for today and it was booked a few weeks in advance. The appointment was originally scheduled for today 11/4/2023 @ 10:00 am and then I got a call 11/3 stating they need to rescheduled for 3:00 pm the time change was a little off putting plus whoever called had a screaming baby in the background I get it everyone works at home but please be more professional when calling patients meaning I am struggling with headaches and a screaming baby whew I mean I am trying to see a Neurologist for a reason. Well anyway today around 9:45 am which is the day of the appointment I got a call saying the appt was cancelled they needed to rescheduled for next Saturday. Nope for one I work on Saturday part time so I had to get coverage for this particular Saturday I am not missing another Saturday to see if the provider will show up or not I can't take those chances since I already missed money for taking off this Saturday. She could possibly be a great Doctor guess I will never know but professionalism starts at the door and it did not so I am out! Best of luck

She's apparently closing her practice. A phone call would have been nice. I loved her,but am really stunned by how she punted her patients.
