Oh god where do I start. First of all they tried telling me that there is a £50 charging fee and the only way to remove it was if I did a google review right there and then for them to see, how could someone leave a review before they’ve experienced the service. Gave them my car thinking everything will be about £180 for the service and MOT not even an hour later surprisingly they’ve completed the MOT and the service asking me for £587 to change engine oil to long life, change oil and the filter, engine carbon flush and £159 for a break fluid change. And I had to accept the price there and then because he said they were waiting to start on my car. My mistake for not reading the reviews before booking and signing the contract. Anyways I called them at around 1pm I waited 30mins for them to tell me they’ll bring the car back between 4-6pm, 6pm comes yet no car, so I call again, they picked up and said it’ll be another 15mins, A JOKE! Bear in mind they picked the car up at 8am. Once he dropped off the car I had a look what it looked like, PLEASE BEAR IN MIND MY CAR WAS CLEANED YESTERDAY BEFORE THEY PICKED UP! No trash in there nothing, yet once he left, there was a red bull can and a lighter in my car, food crumbs on my side of the seat, my dash cam was unplugged, and didn’t even have the audacity to fix my car mat in the car. I’m absolutely horrified and being a girl these days is scary as hell, I feel like I’ve been absolutely scammed with the prices and made to look like an idiot! If you’re a girl who has no clue about cars like me please absolutely avoid this place!

Great service from start to finish! I recently had my car serviced here and was thoroughly impressed. Dominic gave me a call to go over the work that would be carried out. He was clear, informative, and provided a detailed breakdown of the costs involved. What really stood out was the pick-up and drop-off service to my workplace, which made the whole process incredibly convenient and didn’t disrupt my day at all. Excellent customer care and a hassle-free experience. Highly recommended!

Where should I start? I booked a service of my car E220d Merc with them and paid 177 quid online. They collected my car on Wednesday 19 Feb. Then I received a call saying that my car needs further important repairs including replace of brake oil and life time engine flush costing me another £380.86 the car was returned to me same evening after multiple calls. Next day I saw the reviews my mistake not checking before booking. Today I wanted to reassure myself if the job was done because something was not feeling right. So I checked the state of engine and pulled the dip stick and to my surprise engine oil was still dirty. The oil cap has same dirt on it as I was not even touched. When you pour new oil the cap should show the signs of finger printer and not covered with dirt. Then I checked the wheels the the wheels were also not touched to renew the brake oil and wheels were still covered with dirt as if no one had opened the tyres. This whole thing lead to one conclusion and that is no work was done on my car and it was returned to me with any repair and service. Please avoided these scammers they will take your money suggest you unnecessary repairs and then do nothing you can see the pics do the oil looks clean by any means?
