I ordered some bedroom furniture off Roseland, and the delivery was excellent. I received an email with a link to accept or decline the day they wanted to deliver. The day was no good for me, so they offered me another day, which was a Sunday. The delivery company website was great, it had an expected delivery time and I could see where they were all day so I didn't have to stay in all day. I am very happy with the furniture, all boxed well. When I opened the 5 drawer set, the handles were missing, which I was rather disheartened, so I emailed straightaway. I got a reply within 48 hours saying they would send the handles out via Royal Mail, and they would take 3-5 working days... I received them within that time frame. Jacob was the person who responded to my via email, all dealt with quickly and professionally. I have given 4 stars due to the mishap, I am hoping to buy more furniture from Roseland, maybe another set of drawers and a tv unit for the living room... maybe a little cheeky 😅 but if I could possibly have a little discount code for money off my next purchase, I will edit my review and give 5 stars 🙏🏻🤭 *edit* as mentioned above, I said I'd change my review to 5 stars if Roseland would send me a discount code off my next purchase. I received this by email morning from Lesley. Thank you!

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM BEWARE SCAM. This company is basically a scam. It took 7 weeks for the first sofa to arrive, and when it finally did, it was poorly made and missing feet. I was told by customer service that this was somehow "normal", a clear red flag. The delivery team tried to assemble it and bizarrely claimed that one side is meant to be lower than the other. Seriously? After complaining, I had to wait another 6 weeks for a replacement. When the second sofa finally arrived, the customer service team messed everything up again, and the delivery drivers refused to take the faulty one back, even after their own office spoke to them. I then had to rearrange yet another delivery, and when the "new" sofa came, guess what? Also faulty. I ended up having to mix and match parts from the old and new sofas just to make one functional piece. In total, I waited over 12 weeks, missed 3 days of work, and all they offered me was a £100 goodwill gesture. Absolutely shocking. Worst customer service, worst delivery experience, and worst product quality I’ve ever dealt with. Save your money. Don’t fall for this scam of a company.

I order 2 sideboards. First delivery both were faulty with bubbles and scratches. I refused to accept so drivers took them back. I contacted customer service while they were still her and spoke to Umila. She was great and ordered 2 replacements immediately. Fast forward to second delivery - oh my goodness worse than the first 2. The worse one was so uneven it was impossible to put anything on it. It had a faulty leg. (Second hand marks maybe cracks in paintwork as we speak not even been moved into situ yet). I contacted customer service again immediately and spoke to Becky. She was very helpful and asked me to send evidence and call back in 5 minutes so they can rectify this. I did this and called back 10 minutes later to speak to the rudest man ever in customer service.Wojciech So condescending it was awful. His answer was it can take up to 24 hours to look into this and I'd only emailed 10 minutes ago!(1 I knew this wasnt correct due to being sorted immediately before). I explained Becky had asked me to call after 5 minutes. Id asked to speak to her but he informed me she was on lunch. Then I get an email for further evidence which I sent immediately. I then rang back to check this had been received as the email kept bouncing back saying mailbox full🙄. This time spoke to Becky who defended Wojciech saying she was sitting next to him during the call. (Erm she was on lunch but ok.) I was offered a £33 refund to keep the faulty item or another replacement or full refund. I've taken the £33 because I could just not face dealing with them again and will get a joiner to fix the leg but after what I thought was great service quickly turned sour. I won't be using this company again nor would I recommend them. 4 units - 4 faulty. At time of writing I haven't received the refund but this can take a couple of days so I'll give benefit of doubt on this for now.
