I've purchased Erika 2 seater sofa bed 144cm length for my one bedroom apartment, with a small living room. It is indeed a perfect fit, lovely colour and unexpectedly arrived with the cushions, I thought they would come without, so that was a plus! It is quite firm, but still comfortable, very soft to the touch, and looks very stylish. It extends quite big, so it will be perfect for guests staying over. Unfortunately, it arrived without the storage compartment, but customer service quickly sorted it, and it got delivered in a couple of days. Somehow, when taking photos, the green colour doesn't come across properly, but it is accurately shown on the website, a nice light green/dark green mix. Very happy with my purchase!

What a dreadful experience…I ordered the Amado Coffee table with orange glass and black legs and only after they took my payment was I told the item is out of stock and would be delivered with a bit of a delay. They issued a £15 refund for the inconvenience so I have them the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward 3 whole months and the coffee table finally arrives… with imperfections in the glass and legs that aren’t straight. I reached out to organise a refund or return and was told that, because I didn’t inform them within 48 hours of receipt (I was out of the country), I will have to pay the postage / return fees for a faulty item. BE WARY - the table could have been great but poor customer service, zero understanding and a faulty item shipped from the other side of the globe has left me extremely disappointed.

The sofa looks good. And the team was very prompt and responsive on email. One cushion was initially missing from shipment, When I reported, they immediately dispatched missing item.
