Embarking on my journey to become a motorcycle rider, I found the Basic Motorcycle Licensing Class at Ride Chicago to be an exceptional starting point. The environment created by the team was not only welcoming but incredibly supportive, making it an ideal setting for someone like me, who’s new to riding. Instructors Kevin, Carl, and J. were outstanding in every way. Their depth of knowledge, patience, and genuine enthusiasm for riding made each session invaluable. They were attentive to our needs, offering personalized feedback and sharing tips that only experienced riders could know, which made all the difference in building my confidence. The course itself was brilliantly structured, combining theoretical knowledge with plenty of practical riding exercises. This approach was perfect for reinforcing safe riding principles and getting comfortable with various riding techniques. I appreciated how each lesson was designed to progressively build our skills, preparing us for real-world riding scenarios. While I’m still on my path to obtaining my M-class endorsement, the foundation laid by Kevin, Carl, and J. at Ride Chicago has been instrumental in my journey. I’m now more confident about my riding abilities and understand the importance of safety and proper technique. Such a great course! As a short, female rider I was nervous and intimidated the bikes would be too big or heavy to handle but the Honda rebels & Nighthawks that they provide you with were such a good fit. Carl & J were very informative & enthusiastic. They gave great pointers & made me feel confident for the state exam! Thanks so much!
