We hired Quantum Party Productions for our wedding at the Brazilian Room because they were a preferred and recommended DJ on their vendors list. Unfortunately, I was disappointed at their service. On our wedding ceremony, our DJ did not play music on time, allowing there to be a lot of awkward pauses during our ceremony. We also had an issue with the DJ not being familiar with our wedding timeline causing there to be delay in some of the order of events. We had a tight schedule so I was frustrated that we as the married couple had to keep tabs on the time on our phones to tell our DJ when to move on or when to start the next event. I had messaged and called him a couple days before seeing if he had any questions after I filled out his form but he said he had no questions and it was straightforward. So I was very disappointed that on our wedding day he was messing up some of order of events when he was checking with us and was even surprised at the order of events when I had corrected him because I had described it clearly in his form. Really wished I had a better experience as they were a recommended vendor from the venue.

Jason and the team at Quantum Party Productions did a wonderful job providing Highwire PR with their photobooth and lawn game rentals for our annual all agency event at the end of March 2023. Jason was responsive and answered all our questions in a timely manner, he even gave us a discount as a returning customer since we booked them for 2 days. Overall, the team provided wonderful service and we look forward to booking them again in the future!
