Terrible service. First order was for a shower mixer, shower, bath panel and matching taps - all apparently in stock. Only to get an email the next day saying the shower mixer would be over a month to be delivered, so we cancelled and reordered a bath panel and shower so we could source the taps and mixer elsewhere. The bath panel arrived damaged, I emailed straight away on 24/6 and was assured they’d send a replacement asap and collect the damaged panel. The second panel was delivered on 8/7, it was left on my doorstep leaving against my front door without knocking or ringing the video doorbell at 6:30am in the rain, I would have inspected it and noticed it was also damaged had the driver knocked or rang the video doorbell. I would also have expected the original to be collected and taken back but it wasn’t. I emailed later that day and still no collection was raised until I chased again a few days later, the collection note is for only one bath panel, I queried this and was told it was for two panels and not to worry, 2 days later I got an email saying two would be collected. I was told collection would be Monday to Friday between 9 and 5. Clearly they must think everyone just waits at home for them to swan about whenever they feel like it. It’s been almost a month since my initial order and I have no idea when these panels will be collected but they are causing a massive inconvenience. My advice would be take a look at Amazon, very similar products can be ordered on a Friday and be delivered undamaged on a Monday. They even come from the same suppliers - just under a different name. ——————— Update. I have since been granted a refund for the product that they only collected after leaving negative reviews, however they have not refunded the £35 delivery fee for the damaged product they delivered. This seems like a very dodgy business practice. I’m not sure why anyone would buy from this company.
