Generally good service, but if it goes wrong you'll be lost. Recent order is lost in Royal Mail but when I call the the robot tells me they're too busy and hangs up, and when I email I get a reply to say it's the wrong email address (it's the one quoted on their help page) and they don't suggest an alternative. Clearly do not have any staff to handle problems.

Signed up with Pharmacy2U as local pharmacy's supplier was out of stock with an item I needed. Sign up process was easy as was linking with my NHS prescriptions Ordered 1st item and it was progressing through their steps but then was removed. No email/call to say why. Called/messaged support and told block removed and would be dispatched. Called again to chase and told prescription was cancelled so no order. Closed account, if they can't even get 1st order right I don't have much confidence they're be reliable on my repeat orders.

Done my first order, was very easy to set up but then they got my prescription…. It all changed, it was kept at a stage and then suddenly the dispatch date changed to a month away! No call email or text. So I don’t know how they think someone could mangage a whole month without their medication. So I couldn’t get through to a person just automated so I had to cancel the order and got codes will have to find a local pharmacy. Will be deleting my account and would never use them again
