I always have a problem at the store but it's been months since I've been there and I thought well I couldn't experience the same thing twice right? Wrong, I took a chance and went in there to make a purchase I asked the employee to use some vital care rewards that I had that were expiring this month then I checked my account and he used the rewards for next month which is June. Now I have to scramble to use these rewards so that I don't lose them. I will never be going to that store ever again and I mean it this time. (And I'm only talking about the pet store I'm not talking about the vet services.)

Terrible store. They don't carry the same food that other petcos do. The management here is THE WORST. They either have 1 person on register, alone, with a huge line, or all registers and absolutely nobody on the floor to help or answer questions. It's a waste of time every time I've gone here. This was absolutely my last time here. Employees are not helpful either. Petfood Express, here I come.

People at this store are so helpful and amazing they are all so kind, Yessenia is such a sweet heart and so helpful with anything you need and she brings such an amazing energy. Anthony is so helpful with any questions on the floor, as well as Angelina the aquatics specialist is so kind and helpful with such good knowledge on all different species and helps tremendously. All are so kind hearted and helpful to the customer experience at this specific location.
