Fantastic family-run shop. Nothing was too much trouble, and Chris and his wife are very knowledgeable and eager to assist. They went above and beyond to make sure I chose the car seat and travel system I would be happiest with, and did their best to find something that would tick all my boxes. They have a wealth of knowledge and experience so I felt I had all the information needed to compare products and make an informed decision. Throughout the whole process I felt their aim was to find me the product that would satisfy my needs, never did I feel that they were simply trying to make a sale. They were happy to try different car seats in my car as I had to consider fitting 3 children in the back row - and showed me all the features of each one. I didn't feel under any pressure to buy from them. Their expertise and helpfulness were so amazing that I decided I would place my order with them, even if this meant paying more, but they were actually able to offer an even lower price than online and another store. On every occasion I visited the store I had my two young boys with me, who are very excited for their expected sibling and wanted to be involved. The team took the time to answer their questions and make them feel included as possible which was very kind and considerate. I changed the date of my delivery as I wanted it earlier than planned and they accommodated this and it was delivered when I was told it would be. I've fully tested the products and all is as it should be. I would definitely recommend them and will no doubt be purchasing from them in future.
