I had to use a score to be able to review, otherwise it would have been a zero. We had to stop in one of this companies zones as traffic caused us to stop. I (disabled) got out as it would prevent us from needing to stop blocking the disabled spaces. We got slapped with a ticket. Disgusting. Appealed and was told the driver needed to appeal. We gave up as the driver lives overseas. Paid it, but I'll never ever pass that was again. And as a disabled person I cannot be dropped at the lift at the station 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have just found out that I have a county court claim outstanding and my credit score is very poor all because I was fined for parking in my own carpark, with a permit. i appealed the fine at the time, didn't get a response and only found out why my credit score was so low by detective work, via my bank. I can't get a credit card or a mortgage now unless I pay £286. No communication about a court case, no response given to my complaint - just a surprise when I checked my credit score. Google: The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) and make a formal complaint about this company.

Disgusting company. Was given a fine for parking in a bay with my permit written on paper as it was a temporary permit. I was given a fine to which they have sent me letters about the same fine with different PCN numbers to try and get more money. I then paid both fines and have now received a letter to say it has been forwarded to debt collectors. They are greedy and also denied my appeal even after showing a picture with my parking permit in my window.
