Went at Lunchtime and there was a huge queue, with staff doing both tills and picking items so a long wait.

Absolute shambles!!!! Placed an order for service parts online and received wrong filters and one missing altogether. Several phone calls to sort out and then ended up having to travel 48 miles each way to drop off wrong filters for credit!
