Damaged items. Customer service won’t do anything. Got offered £15 goodwill gesture which isn’t even 10% of the cost when 2 pieces of furniture are covered it marks/damaged. As I didn’t accept this they asked if I’d accept the parts instead. After listing the parts I needed they then changed their mind. Said I’d need to unassemble, package back in the ORIGINAL boxes and they would arrange to collect them. 2 weeks later than when I sent the 15+ images of all the damage like I’d just leave 2 huge boxes laying around. Honestly a complete joke. Order from elsewhere unless you’re 100% certain you’re getting a perfect item because their customer service is lacking.

I ordered the white sit of wardrobe and draws and I’ve had nothing but bother, customer service were good and understanding and they have replaced one thing which was damaged, My draws have broken after 4 weeks of buying. And fell apart and I also didn’t have the correct screws etc, disappointing. I won’t be using this company again.

Although we had an initial problem with our delivery it was resolved quickly and the customer service team were very professional. Mistakes happen but it’s how you deal with it that makes you stand out which is why I have given 5 stars. Very happy with our purchases and what we expected. Would order from you again 🌟
