Horrible experience, so disrespectful - avoid at all costs. Ordered two things, Mirror - arrived broken, initially refused to collect and told me I have to dispose of it myself (huge item, metal) and had to go back and forth several times where they asked me to pay extra for a replacement because they changed their prices. Turns out they can’t collect loose glass which wasn’t even the case for this mirror as you can see, but cracks are ok - preferred to take the easy option and say no rather than arrange the collection. Then had TWO replacements delivered, both of them were smashed - in the end paid for a collection myself of the damaged item. Dining table - 2 - 4 weeks lead time in the order confirmation, confirmed again with Jasmine on the phone later. Then on week 4, they told me that actually it’s 8 weeks and blamed me for not reading their mind. DESPITE the order confirmation saying 2 - 4 weeks, and Jasmine confirming this on the phone, their excuse was “you should have seen online it says “preorder”” - makes no sense. Told me the delivery estimate is only valid for items in stock - not sure how I am supposed to know their stock levels. Hosting family with no dining table now. Casually suggested I cancel, not considering the 4 weeks waiting for this item, and the hassle of finding a quick replacement. Customer service - Jasmine (supposedly senior customer support) barely answered any of my emails for weeks, despite me asking for it to be escalated as a complaint. Ignored my calls on purpose, and answered when I called from a different line. Came up with random excuses. Apparently escalated it to Ben who is more senior, and will get back to me as soon as possible - several days later no response. Premium pricing, below discount customer service - disrespectful company, shouldn’t be allowed to trade. Online claim they own their supply chain, and then say they don’t have visibility into stock and delivery.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY….I ordered a mirror due to its discounted price on this website however, the customer service received was not worth it. They sent a message confirming delivery which I tried to change with the independent courier service used. I couldn’t get through and with 24 hours notice the mirror was delivered. I missed delivery (due to the short notice) and they charged me £56.50, took the mirror back to the warehouse and refused re-delivery. Their communication was shocking, abrupt and they made no attempt to try and resolve the issue. They are taking money from people with no prior warning. DISGRACEFUL!
