AVOID ORDERING FROM HERE! Our large white tv unit arrived and the screws weren’t adequate enough to support the legs and weight of the unit. As soon as we stood it up it collapsed with all legs breaking out the bottom and the unit is completely damaged. After a few back and forth emails it was either £35 refund or box the whole unit up to send it back. They eventually agreed to send us replacement parts which arrived today but they’ve send us replacement parts in grey which is of no use. Now trying to get hold of them because I just want my money back. Very disappointed with this company so far

If I could give this company less than 1 star then I would. I received a damaged item that was supposed to be a Christmas present for my baby. I contacted Noa and Nani over 2 weeks ago and I am still yet to receive a solution. I have asked for a replacement of the damaged part (as the website says they ‘happily’ do this. However, I am told each day that I will have an update that day and never get one. After 2 weeks I received an email this morning offering me a discount to keep the damaged item which is not what I want, I just want the replacement part as requested. The customer service team take ages to get back to you, if at all. Their phone lines don’t work and neither does their chat service on the website. A truly terrible company in all areas and I will be taking further as I am not prepared to pay £110 for a damaged item. EDIT: After weeks and a credit card dispute being raised, the company sent a replacement item that was absolutely fine. Unfortunately, I still maintain my 1 star review due to the entire experience and handling of the issue

The item arrived faulty and one part had lack of paint that was peeling and otherr flont board had a hole in paint and is visible due to it is the face of the bad. The package also arrived damaged. As soon as we have noticed that I have reported to the seller and no any action has been taken and no discount to repair has been offered. They have offered to return the bed but it have to be packed back for collection and I would need to call handyman for that and pay for it as they are refusing to take the bed in parts without taking out dozens sharp nails. Very dissapoing experience and horrible customer service! Avoid them at all cost

Reviews Summary

The overall sentiment towards Noa & Nani, a children’s furniture company, is overwhelmingly negative based on recent customer reviews. Reviewers consistently note recurring issues with product quality, unreliable deliveries, and numerous instances of damaged or incomplete furniture shipments. While a small minority acknowledge eventual refunds or partial resolutions, serious complaints linger regarding both the product experience and communication with customer support.

The most frequent themes include manufacturing defects—such as broken bed legs, peeling paint, and missing parts—as well as significant frustration with the returns or replacement process. Many customers highlight slow, evasive, or unhelpful responses from the support team. Contacts like phone lines and web chat rarely function as intended, and in several cases, refunds or replacement offers were complicated, delayed, or unsatisfactory. There are repeated references to poor packaging and burdensome return requirements, with parents particularly upset about the impact on their children due to missing or unusable beds.

Overall, Noa & Nani is regarded as an unreliable option for children’s furniture, particularly in the UK market. Recurring complaints center on lack of quality control, disappointing customer care, and unresolved product failures. There is little evidence of repeat business or smoothly resolved issues, and persistent communication breakdowns contribute negatively to the company’s reputation.
