It breaks my heart not to be able to leave this company a 5* review because the design visit and initial installation went swimmingly. A door was missing and a section had been cut too short on the initial install and to their credit, this was rectified in under a fortnight. However, while some edges meet the pristine new plaster walls flawlessly, others needed caulking. This is perfectly understandable. However while some caulking has been missed entirely (not the end of the world as I’m having decorators in) some has been done very poorly and has set like concrete to my beautiful new wardrobes. I asked the site manager about it and he said it would sand of which I have done with the finest sandpaper I could find but this has now obviously scuffed the finish and will need touching up. They DO leave you with some matching paint, mercifully, but my friends, families, and colleagues are just shocked that any work is needed by me when I’ve paid more than my car cost for two medium-sized wardrobes. To be clear, their Ts and Cs are clear that walls will need touching up and may get dented/scuffed during the install, but my issue is remodel action is now required TO MY WARDROBES! I had hoped to have Neville Johnson back for my lounge and master bedroom but given that there has been 0% offer to either fix the caulking/surface of the wardrobes nor even a token £50 off gesture of good will it’s left me, friends, family, colleagues stunned. And they have said it’s put them off wanting to use them. I’ll share some pictures. You may think I’m being dramatic but it’s just I can’t get over how these weren’t just some thing cobbled together from IKEA, these are supposed to be one of the best in the country and I’ll be paying for these wardrobes for the next 5 years!?!

Our new staircase, from Neville Johnson, has really added a touch of class to our home. I found them easy and friendly to deal with, with good, regular comms. The fitter arrived with a mobile carpentry workshop that I was truly jealous of! There's was even one hiccup along the way, when the wrong spindle design was delivered. A key test of an organisation is how they respond when not everything goes to plan; NJ were great and soon replaced the spindles. At no point were we left with an unsafe staircase. Highly recommended.
