Listen here Trey is so amazing. I came for a dip powder and he is so meticulous. He did not disappoint. The place is clean and they serve a complimentary drink. My pedicure was done by Logan he made me feel relaxed and also did a great job. If you are looking for a nail place with quality customer service, this is it.

Got my nails done at another salon that did an awful job. Came here the next day to get them removed and redone. Dara made sure everything was perfect. Will 100% be back here and my nails look fantastic! Requested style: I showed Dara a couple sample pictures of what I wanted and she absolutely nailed the design!

I have a reservation appointment the day before on 06.04.24 for a massage appointment with Jason @ 1pm for 120 min session. It’s now the next day of 06.05.24 15 min before 1pm. Iam told by guest service @ Nail Bar & Massage that had tried to call me the day before. However, they failed by dialing the wrong number. They advised me that my massage session must be pushed back from 1:30pm vs 1pm. So now, I’m agitated. So here iam sitting waiting til 1:30pm. Then I’am asked by guest service….”Would you like a mini & pedi”? I’m thinking…..”yeah sure”. It’s turns out to be paid service than a complementary service. Here I’am sitting in the lounge, and writing this review as we speak. I am now later confronted by employee associate and asked why am writing a negative review of their business? I explained, you did NOT offer me any type of compensation for my loss personal service. They pleaded NOT leave them a -1review? I explained, it’s only fair. If I’m going to treated unfairly and unjust as a repeat customer. Thank you guys allowing me to vent. Sincerely, Arman, Certified Phlebotomist Tech, (CPT)
