I left after two years. I had to have a tooth put on my metal partial. The dental assistant took several impressions and when the partial came back, she made mention to the doctor that it didn’t even fit the mold. I can’t blame them though, because I accepted it thinking it was something minor. Dr. Anthony did some adjustments. I left, and it was still uncomfortable. Instead of coming back in the next day, I had to make an appointment that was a month out! The 2nd pic is what I ended up with. The third one is what my new dentist made. The first picture is a crown that looks like a premolar, but is supposed to look like the one I’ve circled that doesn’t look like a molar. When I went back in, she told me she could drill it down and I said not a chance. Of course, they asked me if it looked OK before they cemented it and I said yes, until after she cemented it, and I felt it with my tongue, and asked what that bump was. And the dental assistant said, “oh some teeth just have bumps on them“ really? It wasn’t a molar when the dentist did a root canal and MADE the crown there in the office with a different color than was chosen because they ran out of that color! “ so the dentist asked the dental assistant if she should use the other. The dental assistance said yeah, go ahead. So that dentist was fairly new. If you have to ask the dental assistant what to do. The staff was nice enough. But I would never recommend them. They do shoddy work. I have a caring, personable dentist now.
