HELENA was fantastic. She really looks after you. She was always helpful and goes above and beyond. A real credit to motor point. Thank you helena. LEWIS the manager was very knowledgeable and very fair. You can tell he cares about his customers and is very supportive towards his team. It was great to see DAN again after 2 years, as he sold me my first car. This is my second car now with motor point and I can truly say, good company, great service and fair exchange prices. Motorpoint is my place for car purchases now as they beat everyone else on price but also have that brilliant customer service. A BIG WELL DONE SHEFFIELD BRANCH.

Excellent experience selling car at Motorpoint! The whole process was incredibly quick and efficient—sold the car in under 30 minutes from the moment I arrived. The staff (Elliot Bell) was extremely friendly and professional. Got the best price compared to other offers I’d received. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a hassle-free way to sell your car! I’d rate 10/10 if I could.

Having collected my new car on Thursday 7 8 25 I noted all the wheel nut covers missing no original over mats fitted small amount of fuel in tank and the overall presentation of the vehicle was not of a good standard especially the interior. Please inspect your vehicle before leaving as you are pay for it to be done properly.
