I got a major car service here recently. The customer service was very good and I felt I was 'in the know' about the progress. Whilst there were a few mishaps (faulty filter caused delay in returning the car + initially forgot to stamp the service book), these were resolved promptly. Whilst there were a few repairs that I could have got through Motor Marque, unfortunately these were too high of a cost. I went elsewhere, and the price was around 20-50% less for most of their suggestions on what to replace. They said there was an issue with the suspension arm / ball joint. Quoting £318. A repair done elsewhere found that it was not as bad as they described, and it cost me half. It is a shame as otherwise the experience was positive. I'd suggest that some prices are reconsidered. Whilst there was no pressure to purchase more than what I went in for (a major service), I am not sure I will visit again.

While I wasn't able to use them on this occasion, Kate on reception went above and beyond when assisting with my enquiry. When the time comes, they'll definitely be top of mind for future sevices.

So glad I found this garage and I think I'll be sticking with them. Kate on the reception couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating with me and my daughter, absolutely great customer service. The team were super helpful and explained everything clearly.
