Bad customer service and misinformation. I thought I liked this place but after having several issues with my nails and them arguing with me about making the repairs. I will never return. The guy at the front said as a woman I should know about nails. He said even he knows about nails and he’s a guy. I’m not sure why that was said by a manager but Miami is known to have trash customer service and it certainly didn’t stop at Mira. They could’ve possibly kept a customer had they handled this better but nope!

Tammy & Mimi are the best! I’ve been going to them almost 2 years and trust them with my nails blindly! They offer a wide range of options for polish and designs. Prices are comparable to other salons in the area and you can get a discount with their loyalty card! 10/10 recommend
