A Big Mistake paying this company £4,000 pounds yes £4,000 ,Apparently it included a 30 minute service ,We was given was 27 minutes which i clocked, before being rushed out the Chapel , They only played 2 songs of the three we requested and not even the full song was played and Rachel the undertaker at Rochdale Road asking the family do we know any priests when it was her job to find one , Rachael even failed to email the priest about keeping the curtain open which was closed . Disgraceful Treatment Avoid and look Elsewhere if you want to remember your loved one in a more respectful way.

When our son passed away we choose Michael Kennedy based on the kindness and compassion during our first contact with them. We absolutely made the right choice as we felt supported throughout the difficult process of organising his funeral. The same compassionate care Yvonne has showed on our first call continued unabated until the moment we went to pick up the ashes casket. A big thank you to Yvonne and Pauline from us!
