My recent trip from England to Scotland to purchase a Mercedes S-Class from the Mercedes-Benz garage turned out to be a complete disaster. Despite being shown a video that portrayed the car in great condition, the reality was starkly different. Upon arrival, it was evident that the car had significant damage all over it. The front splitter was broken, the front grill was damaged, and there were even issues with the interior trim, where external door polish had been carelessly applied, leaving white stains everywhere. This blatant misrepresentation of the vehicle's condition is unacceptable. Furthermore, the customer service provided by the dealership was abysmal. The salesman showed no remorse or apology for the discrepancies between the advertised condition and the actual state of the car. It was as if they couldn't care less about the inconvenience and wasted money incurred by traveling from England to Scotland for such a disappointing experience. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and integrity displayed by this dealership. I intend to file a formal complaint with Mercedes-Benz head office, as this establishment is clearly not up to the standards expected of a Mercedes-Benz approved used car dealership. Overall, this trip was a complete waste of time and money, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this dealership to avoid the same dreadful experience.
