This is some text inside of a div block.
The first mattress arrived and did not rise to the advertised height. I was told to wait two weeks but after two weeks it was exactly the same. It was then replaced and exactly the same happened so it's falsely advertised. I did not want to try for the third time so upgraded to a different mattress paying in the difference. This one was even worse with the corners not rising. Again I was told to wait two weeks I did. I sent photos as requested and waited over a week for the "manufacturers" reply. I was then told to submit a second set of photos so the manufacturer. I am still waiting after asking to please get the sorted out by the end of last week. Today Monday no reply to my emails. Eventually a week later I get a reply starting the manufacturer wants to do a home visit in my home in my bedroom. Considering all this inconvenience I would have expected as normal good companies would do collect the mattress and let me order a better quality one. At the end of the day the deal was between myself and the company not the manufacturer so they just try and fob you off. Updated 26/6. Waiting for over a week now for a home inspection tomorrow to prove eventually that the mattress is indeed faulty. Home inspection completed not by the company manufacturer but by upholsterers who clearly admitted and saw the dent but blamed it on the slatted bed! Considering we had a previous mattress from the same company which was returned for false advertising, it never dipped on the corners.. funny that. Awaiting response from mattress next day. UPDATE Today 1 July Sent a nonsense report with none of the pictures showed the indentation of which the inspector admitted there was but blamed it on the bed which is nonsense as the previous mattress did not dip on the ends or I would complained about it. Nowhere on advert does it say the mattress is not suited for slatted beds. Why not send the manufacturer themselves this rogue company which does not have good reviews are like underwriters where they look everywhere to try not entertain a claim. After disputing the report and requesting a refund as per my consumer rights, I was offered a second chargeable inspection! I refused and they refused refund also stating it has now passed the 28 days return policy. How convenient. I offered them to take the mattress back or I was going to take it to the dump and I've re-ordered from a different trustworthy company. I'm now going to report this company to trading standards and open up a case with ombudsman

Delivery super quick, however very disappointed at quality . Only ordered on line because I could not find 4” in any shops. First photo is one purchased from your company second photo one I purchased in shop. Second photo you can see is much more padded quilt. Your protector is very flat.

As their name suggests, my new mattress was delivered next day, and I received a couple of messages giving me my expected 2 hour delivery window and a quick call from the delivery driver that he was about an hour away. The new mattress had the expected 'chemically' smell but this was largely gone in 24 hrs. So all in all, excellent price and delivery. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.
