This company is wonderful, they gave me an incredibly informative inspection about how to address cockroaches recently found in my new apartment's kitchen. I decided for now to go with the services offered by my building, but if that isn't successful I will definitely hire MMC, they were much more knowledgeable and complete. I have already used this company for a former apartment with bedbugs, and their treatment completely eradicated the issue.

I emailed MMPC about some insect casts I found in a bedroom under one of our oak beams. I had visions of having carpet beetles, and having everything eaten, but the very kind Timothy Wong at MMPC took time to identify the casts which were pupae of the cluster fly which we know we have in the attic, and are totally harmless. MMPC were very quick to reply, and gave a great service even though I live in the U.K. Many thanks to a brilliant company, and keep up the great work 😊

Had MMPC do an inspection and pest proofing of new apartment. Couldn't recommend them more. Samuel did the exclusion and was really detail-oriented and went above and beyond to ensure not only was everything pest proofed AND clean and tidy. He was respectful and easy to work with! There were a lot of holes to seal and things to fix and he was prepared to handle everything. Would definitely use them again!
