COLOR IS WRONG- BAIT & SWITCH I’d leave zero stars if I could. I ordered a dining room set in Antique White. What I received is greenish-gray (see last photo). It was not like the color represented & looked bad with my floor, walls & ceiling. When I attempted to refuse delivery, I was told that I had to pay a 30% restocking fee PLUS $99 for the delivery guys to return it (and they were already here, didn’t have to make a second trip & had not yet assembled the table & chairs). I was told that I could save that $99 if I returned the furniture myself! I can’t even lift it, let alone return it. So I paid >$1300.00 for nothing. All because the color was off. Ashley makes fine furniture, but Luna Furniture won’t honor a free or low-cost return if the color isn’t accurate. Twelve hours later, the dining room set I had ordered from Luna Furniture was scrubbed from their site. I spoke to a salesman at Ashley Furniture who told me that there were some of these off-color pieces floating around, so it appears that I was sent items that wouldn’t sell in a regular storeroom. If you order anything from Luna Furniture, you might not get what you ordered unless they send you the actual floor model. And you’ll pay 30% plus $99 for their bait & switch game.

Placed my order online and was immediately contacted by the store to let me know the time frame for my couch to arrive. Ryan had good communication, couch was delivered right on time and in good condition. Only one small piece missing And when I contacted them to let them know they took immediate action to assure I would be receiving it in the mail.

We purchased our item online and were contacted promptly regarding delivery expectations. We were jepted informed. Everything was great and the gentlemen were quick and professional when putting our tv stand together. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and the service.
