This Lowe’s is located in its own separate area with a dedicated entrance and exit. If it’s your first time here, don’t worry if you see a lot of garbage trucks near the entrance—just follow your GPS, you’re in the right place. They have a huge selection of plants and everything you might need for plant care—soil, pots, tools, you name it. The store itself is very spacious and well-stocked, so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. There’s also Primo 5-gallon water available near the exit. If you want to buy it, just ask one of the staff near the checkout and they’ll help you. Only downside is that the surrounding area is a loading zone near the river, so it can get pretty chilly in the evening, and there's often dust in the air from unloading. It would be great if they could add more pet products in the future!

I picked up a large order and was please with the service. On a super cold day, the staff pointed me in the right direction, assisted me with loading, and accommodated parking for a large vehicle. I always enjoy myself picking up from this location. Very organized.

Update: I did call the 800 number and a case was opened. We also spoke directly with the Brooklyn store, who admitted the mistake was on their end. They said the gravel was marked for pick up instead of delivery and promised it would be delivered today. We called this morning to confirm and once again no one knew anything about it. We were told we’d get a call back and never did. This is ongoing and nothing has been resolved. I should not have to keep chasing this down. Lowes needs to take real accountability and get this handled immediately. I placed a large order with Lowes on June 18 and the delivery process has been a mess. The first delivery kept getting rescheduled at the last minute which was already frustrating. Now I am waiting on my final item and it was supposed to arrive yesterday. I got a text with a delivery window and stop number then later another saying I was the next stop. Right after that I got a text saying my delivery had arrived but nothing ever showed up. I called the store several times right away and no one had a clue what happened. I called again this morning and after waiting while someone spoke to a manager I was left on hold for 20 minutes then disconnected. This has been a major inconvenience. I just want to know when my delivery is actually coming so I can finish my project. The customer service has been terrible throughout and I am beyond frustrated.
