First of all, I should thank every single member of staff in the LMS, the admin team did a perfect job patiently as well as the car expert team in the garage. I have received full support from them and every single point of my concerns that I mentioned have been taken into the place and looked after accordingly. Also, the management has been very kind, supportive and helpful I am very happy to buy my car from them and will recommend them to others. I hope other customers will be happy too 😉

Now this garage initially seemed honest and trustworthy but as soon as something goes wrong there is full deniability. So I took my car there for low oil pressure issue which the sump needed dropping. In the process my engine wouldn't turn over for some reason. The mechanic then fixed that issue that just happend by chance and then said everthing was sorted and fixed. I took the car back noticed on the way home the car was running rough. Contacted the garage next day who refused any fault on their part again. I had the car scanned that pointed to the air intake, all my air ducting was open and not secured but that was not the worst part. I noticed not long after that turning my steering wheel made a clunking noise so I took it to another garage, they showed me that my steering rack was almost coming off!! That the steering rack!! That would have only happend while dropping the sump as the subframe would also come down. Now had the steering rack come loose could have been a major incident, I drive with my family in the car. I understand accidents happen but this made me fume to hear. I would not trust LMS for major work on vehicles and if you do go inspect all their work and ask for detailed information for any issues happen, their phone and what app conversations were useless with me as they could not answer anything. The images attached Don look like much especially the air ducting but if you see the steering rack that was hanging on my a thread. The whole rack was about to come out. Beware of taking your car to LMS, you would possibly be risking your life after they work on your car!!
