I’ve been dealing with London Appliances in Bethnal Green for over a year, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I rarely leave reviews, but this needs to be shared to save others from going through what I did. Over the course of 12+ months, I have ordered multiple kitchen appliances from them — a fridge, a washing machine, and an integrated dishwasher — and every single delivery has gone wrong in some way. I’m not talking about one or two minor delays. I’m talking about 10+ failed delivery attempts, constant false promises, and blatant disregard for my time and money. Here’s what happened: • I was told items were being delivered on specific days, only to be left waiting with nothing arriving. No call, no update, just silence. • Every time I rearranged my work schedule to be home for the delivery — they’d cancel at the last minute or just not show up. This happened multiple times. • When my washing machine finally arrived, it was the wrong model. They only fixed it a month later. • The dishwasher situation was the final straw. After waiting over a year, it arrived but was dumped in my flat with missing screws, no installation, and zero care. • The delivery person refused to install it — falsely claiming I had the wrong cupboard door and needed a “sliding door,” when in reality, I had the correct standard door for my model (confirmed by the manufacturer). • The customer service is non-existent. I’ve had to chase them endlessly, making phone call after phone call, just to get the basic service I already paid for. They do not follow up, they do not communicate properly, and they certainly do not care. This kind of incompetence and dishonesty is absolutely unacceptable — especially from a company that’s supposed to be delivering essential home appliances. I’ve been more than patient, but this has gone well beyond inconvenience — it’s been a total breach of trust and professionalism. ⚠️ To anyone considering buying from this company: Please take your money elsewhere. There are plenty of reliable appliance suppliers in London who value your time and actually deliver what they promise. This company is not one of them. They have wasted over a year of my time.

Absolutely amazing company, customer care, polite communication at any time. I had to change entire kitchen and firstly prices was great, literally unbeatable. They have selected what best for the size of my kitchen and quality brands (guarantee, warranty, etc). Old stuff was removed, as part of the deal/services provided and new was installed super fast. As a woman it’s hard for me to understand technical details and the team of professionals was taking super care of my safety. Also, they were so friendly/polite with my neighbours, very nice. Special thanks to the gas engineer Clive and electrician Shahab, remarkable job, you cared for my safety and comfort. By the way , my neighbour is going to use the company for their kitchen, base on my experience. Highly recommend London Appliances, they are the best!

I ordered a Microwave from London Appliances. I got a great deal on a fantastic Bosch unit. The delivery service was great. It arrived on time and the delivery team brought it up a couple flights of stairs to my flat and even took my old broken one away for me.The machine worked perfectly with no issues. Couldn’t be happier with this company. Great prices, very professional and efficient service. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs an appliance.
