I purchased my Kia Picanto from the Burley Place site in Leeds and I can’t praise Jeremy highly enough. I live on the other side of the Pennines and he was good enough to do a video for me and talked to me quite a few times about the car. He has been absolutely fantastic throughout my whole experience. My car is lovely and just as he described it to me. I couldn’t be more happy and delighted with the purchase and the service I received from Jeremy. I would also like to praise the delivery of my car to my home yesterday, I was kept informed of when it was on its way and how long it would be before it arrived. Thank you again for an amazing experience. Eileen

1st time I have ever bought a vehicle without seeing or test driving it. Kevin was a pleasure to deal with and arranged delivery to the South of England which was dead on time. The car was almost perfect except for a small stone chip in the windscreen & their valet team could have done a better job of the interior. Otherwise, a lovely car in good condition for the age.

Great communication and service. My husband and myself have never bought a car online before so very apprehensive but we were pleasantly surprised. Really friendly, helpful staff especially Nick who made the whole process easy and pain free. Car checked over, serviced and delivered to our home address in Gloucester. Very pleased with the car and service received. Happy customers 👍
