After seeing Kukoon Rugs advertised for months, I was genuinely excited to purchase one for my nursery room, expecting a high-quality product to help create the perfect space. However, I’ve never been more disappointed in a product and the service I received. When the rug arrived, it was covered in unsightly marks all over its surface and just wasn’t the quality I was expecting. I immediately contacted customer support, hoping for a resolution, as this was the rug I wanted but to my dismay, their response was lackluster at best. It felt as though they didn’t care about my concerns at all. They did offer me a refund straight away, but I had to chase them for this weeks later as it didn’t arrive as promised. This lack of attention to the matter was incredibly frustrating and only added to my growing disappointment. Additionally, the process to collect the faulty rug was a complete mess. I received confusing messages from a different company’s name and the details seemed almost like spam. I was given one collection date, which was inconvenient and I told them didn’t suit me, then I still received multiple conflicting messages saying they would be picking up the rug on a different day. The entire process was chaotic and unprofessional, leaving me feeling as though no one was taking responsibility for the situation. The courier arrived on the initially unsuitable date, thankfully I was back in the house at this stage. I continued receiving texts as though they were still coming the following day, then I had to explain it was already collected which only added to the confusion. Overall, this experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better service and quality from a company that presents itself as reputable and professional. I sincerely hope you take these concerns seriously, as this has been a deeply unsatisfactory experience from start to finish. I wouldn’t recommend to buy from them.
