Want to given them 0 starts but 1 is the least. Before you decide to spend your hard earned cash with this dealer, let me tell you about my experience. Spent £30k on a van that I then had to throughly clean when I got it home. Whilst doing so, I noticed the windows were barely hanging on by a thread. I wouldn’t mind but there were water marks on the inside of the window which should have given it away during the PDI (if one actually happened) They refused my right to reject having lost complete faith in the dealer and knowing they were going to have to remove all windows and reattach (and I was right, the workmanship was horrendous in the end) The biggest shocker was after going to collect it some 4 weeks later and them having addressed some of what I thought were additional minor internal issues, I read in their paperwork they had left lying around (amongst all the debris in the caravan), that they had noticed the walls were actually bowed, contacted the manufacturer who said there was no solution but was obviously causing an issue. Needless to say, with that paperwork in my hand (wish they tried to take back) I had my money back within the hour and unfortunately they had the caravan back up for sale again within a few weeks (see Youtube - Coachman Acadia 630 Xtra). My experience of their aftersales Dept was shocking. Even copying in their CEO/Owner achieved nothing. If you happen to be one of those who has left a good review, I can only assume you haven’t looked hard enough at what you have been sold by them. The pictures speak from themselves. This van was 2 years old and £30k. I was lucky enough to get my money back. Will you be?

Superb. Bought our second Caravan from here, excellent service, everybody we dealt with provided great service. From sales, to admin, service dept & handover team. Would highly recommend Kimberley.

We bought a motorhome from Kimberley Caravans. Not sure if everything was thoroughly checked before the handover. This is the first time that we used everything in the motorhome just to find that the added Air-conditioner leaks water, the fridge does not want to work on gas and the water pipes are blocked. The motorhome had gone for repairs twice since we bought it and still so many things are wrong with it. I called and spoke to the sales team at Kimberley to ask if I could talk to a technician to see if he could assist me over the phone. It was said that a ticket had to be opened and that a technician would call me back. It's been 4 days and still waiting. Poor service and a poor performing motorhome. Zero stars should be appropriate. After posting this review, gess what, nothing will happen. Very unhappy!!
