We purchased a brand new Coachman caravan from the Darlington branch and the solar panel wasn’t working. I called on the Thursday and was promptly booked in the following Monday. This was helpful as we were driving past the branch! Arrive at the branch on Monday morning and was booked in by Laura the new service manager. There was a couple of other small snagging issues that were also booked on. I received a call Tuesday morning to be informed that a fuse on the panel had nlown( oops should’ve checked!!) All ready to collect that day. We were driving past the branch the following Friday to go away for the weekend and I cheekily asked if I could collect on the Friday. Absolutely no problem at all. Picked the van up and Laura went through everything they had done was polite professional and friendly. Such a pleasure to receive top class service and support. 10 out of 10. Our friends are looking to buy a new caravan and I’ve recommended going to Kimberley 😁😁

Just had some warranty work done, big skylight and window seal replaced. Also 12v charger not working properly was repaired. . A very professional job done you wouldn't know the work had been carried out. I'm very impressed.

The one star is only because up until purchase of the campervan the service was great but as soon as we had paid they just ignored any phone calls or emails to the problems we had with the van. We have had no end of problems and no one cares or returns calls and blames low staff numbers. We have had to fight to get anything done or even looked at. It was only after we had threatened to get our money back they decided to do something and still we are waiting for over 3 months to get what they had promised to be done. Go elsewhere and buy better vans than Swifts, use them at your peril.
